"A Short-Lived Glass Saga"
I really wanted this glass to hold up, but the drama started way sooner than expected. It seemed okay at first, then suddenly it cracked much faster than I thought it would. Kind of disappointing, honestly.

My vase arrived in perfect shape. It was packed really well, so there weren’t any cracks or chips, which was my main worry. The box looked good too, so I could tell it had been handled carefully. I’m happy with how it showed up and would definitely order again.

I was kind of bracing myself when I ordered vases online, because fragile stuff and shipping usually feels like a headache waiting to happen. I’m tired of having to follow up with customer service every time something shows up broken or poorly packed, so I was relieved when my order from vasemarket.com arrived packed really carefully with plenty of padding.
The outside of the box had a few scuffs from shipping, but everything inside was totally fine. No chips, no cracks, nothing rattling around loose. It was just nice to open the package and not have to deal with another problem for once

I did get updates about my order, so I’ll give them that, but they were definitely slower than they should’ve been. A couple of messages weren’t super clear either, so I was left waiting around trying to figure out what was actually happening. They did eventually reply and everything, but I’m completely sure the whole experience would’ve been way better if the communication was quicker and more direct.

I ordered a big batch of vases, I think it was sometime last week or maybe the week before, and everything showed up quicker than I expected. Nothing was broken, which was my main concern with ordering that many. Overall, really easy experience.

I did eventually find what I was looking for, but the site felt a bit clunky to use. Some pages loaded slowly, and the filters were annoying to deal with. I also ended up waiting in a queue longer than I expected, which just made the whole thing feel more frustrating. Not the worst experience, but definitely could be smoother.

I wasn’t exactly looking forward to asking vasemarket.com for a refund, since I kind of expected it to turn into a whole thing. But it was much easier than I thought. They got back to me fairly quickly, didn’t make me jump through hoops, and the money showed up again after a few days. I’d been bracing for excuses or a long back-and-forth, so I was pleasantly surprised it all went through without any fuss.

The vase was close to what was shown in the photos, and the size was about what I expected, so the description was mostly okay. The color was a little different in person tho, kind of duller than I thought it would be. Not a huge deal, but I do wish the details had been a bit clearer before I ordered.
